Many years ago, I had a friend who ran a very popular VADV board.  He loved to 
register his doorgames but he was a real introvert, not preferring to use his 
real name.

He came up with some very funny names.

Perhaps Daryl's friend could use some of these?

Seymour Butts
I.P. Freely
Peter Dragon
Who Flung Dung
Pig Benis
E. Rection
Wong Waye

There were many more but that's all that comes to my feeble mind now.

He also liked to use dead presidents' names.

His users loved it; there was a guessing game that went on in his BBS' local 
chat conference about what name he was going to use next.
