It's a tosser.  It's not a file ticker,  and it's not an areafix utility, 
and it doesn't need a GUI to be a good tosser.  If this is what you mean by
"today's standards",  I'm happy to be as far away from those
standards as I can get.

You want all that stuff,  take a look around for some other product that
meets these "needs"...
