NetMgr's MoveMail keyword works nicely for this...  From my NetMgr.CFG:

  dest 1:270/101.0
End
Action MoveMail 1:320/119.0 1:270/101.0 G:\FTPOUT\
=== Cut ===
This takes anything addressed to 1:270/101 and throws it in G:\FTPOUT for 
FiFTP to send out.
