     I usually charge an exhorbitant fee to do research of this type;
     but, since I took today off and you asked so nicely...  I saw it
     OK with ver 4.04, the on-screen disclaimer notwithstanding:
     
       "You need Microsoft version 4 or better to view WINFO.
        Unfortunately, it doesn't yet support any of Netscape
        browsers. (It does, but it doesn't look as it's meant to."

     P.P.S. The "Free Stuff" link at the top of your home page seems
     to be flawed.  Even after accepting the cookies, I got a page with
     a "Postmaster's Emporium" logo at the top, but nothing else on the
     page--no info, no links, no nothing.
