-> Check out ttylinux. It's been doing this since day one. Not only that but MS
-> uses it, also recommends it, for it's virtualization scheme. The research
-> paper I read claimed it takes care of their lack of suitable networking in
-> their regular software but it could also take care of the rest while it's at

I still have physical issue and need to snag a low coffeee table or cart
for beside the bed so I can play with the 486 and network it to
the Pentium.
I've got it all planned out in my head now though.
tty Linux is quite near the top of my list
as you have never steered me wrong master Obiwan my tutor and mentor.
( sorry, could not help myself)

i believe it to be purposely designed to be that way so as to lock you
into that piece of crud OS.

Splain's all of the attempts against Linux by various purveyors of
inferior software operating systems IMO

hope you are well.
I'm up and down myself but right at the moment quite up.
Once again you have been most helpful and I most appreciative
for all of the effort and trouble that you have gone to on my behalf.

Thanks again and write about what you are doing with Linux.
I don't have to actually emulate it all but sooner or later if trend
continues I just might as I like the way Slackware turned out for me :-)
