 Id just like to no, Can you use HST or not (austel rules?) , As my mate on a
VERY BAD LINE cannot connect using V.34, V.fc or V.32Bis, V.32 etc, He CAN
get a 2400 connect or if he uses HST he can get 16k8..

 Pretty sad when the latest protocols die and good old HST powers on at 16k8!
(non HST = 2400 - 4800 :(
