You should also hear KFAN on 1130 KHz.  They have a 9 tower array, 25KW night 
pointed right at you.  (They are protecting a station in Shreveport, 
Louisana.)  That 9 tower array has probably a 10 dB gain in your direction at 
night, 6 dB day (with a day power of 50 KW).
