  FCC Docket 94-102 adopted on June 12, 1966 requires that within 12
  months wireless carriers must transmit 911 calls without delay, within
  18 months provide callers number and cell site location and within 5
  years provide callers location within 125 meters.
  This is to provide wireless consistency with Enhanced 9-1-1. In rural
  areas cell site location does not provide a lot of information because
  of spacing of cells, in suburban areas the cells are smaller.
  But in a short time we will have good information,
