subject: Questions about JAMNNTPD

Hello everybody.

I am currently taking part on an initiative for expanding the user base
for Fido here at Zone 4, and many of the people I talk to express interest into
returning to Fido, but using some NNTP client and accessing the echos using
NNTP.

We are currently doing some tests with some applications and mostly
with the NNTP daemon from Mystic which is working fine, but we always have the
issue that the NNTP clients we have been using so far are able to post only
messages to All, which is a "limitation" from the NNTP service as well.

I was wondering if JAMNNTPD has any advantages over this method, or/if
there is a NNTP client software that can work in this regard.

Regards,

Flavio
