The strange thing is how it loads!  It should be loaded with 
DOS4GW [program]   However, the BWAVE386 program loads it from 
itself.  BW hooks into it.  BW seems to act as a TSR.  

I'm looking at loading SWITCHER high, but something isn't working 
right with HIMEM under WIN98
