Well, first thing it suggests to me is that the sound system had very weak
bass response and this was the only way to coax it up sufficiently, and that
the highs were simiarly weak or "lobey" like laser beams coming directly on
axis and nothing slightly off axis.
The bottom line, though, is how did it sound?
