Hi Jean,

   Do you have the "working directory" in the shortcut's properties
set to BW's drive and directory?

   If that doesn't work try filling in the "Batch file" field in
the shortcut's properties.  In the batch file change to the BW
drive and directory.  Then execute BW from the batch file.
