WinXP (service pack 2) > How do you start BlueWave? > The start proceedure HAS to be the equivalent of starting it IN the > BLUEWAVE folder. > All of the programs that Blue Wave needs to run properly should be in > it's folder for ease of configuration. > All paths should be listed in full, not just the program name. > Make sure that the latest version of DOS4GW.EXE is in the BLUEWAVE > folder, since BlueWave386 needs it to run in 386 mode. > Also the BWAVE386.VMC file that is the control file for the DOS4GW.EXE > when it starts up. > An improperly loading DOS4GW would explain why why BW386 dumps right > back out to DOS. Yep that was it. I re-ran Inst386.exe and redid the install fresh and its working beautifully now! Thanks so kindly Bruce!
