Off and On I've been looking for a SEQ/Text file I saved to a C=64 5-1/4" disk.

I Load and List the Directory of my floppies, and look to see how many Blocks
it uses, because it is a very large file that I wrote over a period of time.

Of course I look at the File Name too, but I think looking for the size the
file takes up on the disk will help me find it sooner.

I've got disks for the C-64 stuck in several boxes and actually I can't
remember any disk that I tried, that I couldn't see the Directory on it.

But that might be because of Old Age setting in.

I will look at a few boxes of disks each time I feel like hunting for that
file, then I'll come back over to the XP box since I use it as my main pc.

It would be easier if the file would just hollar and tell me where it is
hiding.

Try Your C=64, I'd think it would work since it boot up from ROM Chips instead
of from a Hard Disk or Floppy.

... I used to be indecisive - now I'm not so sure!!
