  As per the discussion for dos based apps.  While I can use the pi3 as
  a desktop, I disagree that it's a replacement.  It's not /quite/ fast
  enough for web surfing and video's.  We had one going for Andrea but 
  it wasn't quite there.  Picked her up a dirt cheap chrome book now.
