that's what we do over here on T's Linux/Mystic system for the DOS doors... we
need to do the same thing for Max's synchronet system but haven't gotten around
to straightening the mess made earlier when we tried to do that... we know it
works with T's system so the same should also work with Max's... it is just a
matter of removing the bad .dosemu directory and trying again with the proper
edits to the dosemu config...

my understanding is that it has more to do with the chip-level core
instructions... some are just not available and cannot be emulated...
