I wish I'd kept more backups of those days. I had a 250 MB Colorado tape drive
and later a 4GB Travan drive, which are long gone. With disk space being a
concern, I rotated off messages pretty quickly.

The only backup I have is a CD-R of the BBS from 1999 or so, a good 9 years had
rotated out before that.
