Maybe the small business place simply substitutes the inks from another Sharp 
model.  The buyer is none the wiser.   Can you do the same?  Can you just 
call Sharp and ask them if the ink for the Z-57 II model are the same for 
model "XXX"?   Armed with that, you can probably just get the ink/powders 
that model "XXX" uses.  ???
