Hello Bill,
Select Upload from your BBS menu. Select a protocol, probably
ZModem, from your BBS menu. When the BBS tells you to start your
upload, do a PgUp (or ALT-S). Then you can select what file you
want to send. F10 to start the upload. Don't take too long
selecting your file. Some BBSs time out rather quickly when
waiting for the file to start coming
