Self discipline _and_ the ability to concentrate are mandatory elements
towards success in business..._any_ business ! That...and MONEY !

No question about this ! One client even went so far as to add an
addition to his home: this was just for his "local" office and was
(definitely !) more than just a desk with a telephone/fax/PC on it so
that he could bring-in work "from the office". When I had last spoken to
him, he was planning an upwards addition to the additional office space !
(BTW, we're both pretty much living in the same neighbourhood - only a
creek separates us - and I _know_ how difficult it is to get a City
building permit around here, though that may change RSN 'cuz the local
economy has suffered so much in past years. As it is, in this
neighbourhood alone almost every other neighbour works out of his/her
home...and the professions are wildly mixed - but harmonized if only
'cuz we're all proud of our neighbourhood. That makes for no heavy
trucks with deliveries and no "outta control" parking situations as can
be found in many commercial areas. Fact is, to cruise through the
neighbourhood you'd never know that there were so many businesses being
run from the homes in the immediate area !)
