Yup.
Before a rational discussion about universal healthcare can come into
play, consensus must be reached about the lack of Utopia and the
impossibility of achieving Utopia, either. Some people simply cannot be
fixed, repaired, saved, improved or sustained.
When people are ready to accept what is frequently fate, without running
to the courts crying foul when immortality's absence becomes immediate
reality, *then* progress might occur.
I doubt it will happen in my working lifetime in this country.
