I can't remember what I did an hour ago, much less days ago. I do
experience a lot of fatigue and the way I deal with it is to hit the bed
pretty early everyday. Even though I don't sleep that early, I can rest
while reading or watching TV and this also helps with the pain from my
braces. I've figured out that I'm only good for a certain length of time
everyday and since I'm more of a morning person, I start early and quit
early.
Since I have congestive heart failure and that also causes extreme fatigue,
I can't really pinpoint PPS as the cause. I just know it gets worse all the
time and the productive part of my day becomes less and less. :(
