    Don't expect California voters to _ever_ support higher public school 
budgets as long as voters don't see real progress on getting illegal aliens 
out of the schools.  
    Voters will not tax themselves more to educate kids who just aren't here 
legally, and school administrators should start lobbying congress for the 
power to expel these kids if public schools ever want voter support.
