use in the Amiga
2x00 and 3x00 line of Amiga computers.  It is an interface which  allows you 
to
add up to 8 megabytes of SIMM RAM.  It uses various configurations  from 256K
chips to 4M SIMMS.  Allows you other options like SCSI networking.  If  you 
are
