I had requested that we discuss the issue of making ZCC more public so that
¨we all agree on the way forward to prevent people being surprised about
¨their messages popping up on the Web. However once again one of us has
¨unilaterally taken upon
themselves to ignore any collective decision and started cross- posting
this ¨echo to ZCC-PUBLIC.

I despair at us working as a team if individuals rush off and preempt any
¨decisions we may make.
