A woman on rec.pet.birds has lost a number of budgies since the beginning of 
the year. Now she wants to give the rest of her budgies away. I publicly told 
her that was a bad idea since she didn't know why her birds were dying (how 
could she? she was flushing them down the toilet?) and could she live with 
herself if other birds died.
Get this: She just wrote me privately to say they died from genetic problems. 
Haha. I'm anxious to see if she writes anything in response publicly, because 
I'm sure not going to let her get away with this neglect if I can help it.
