Learning computer skills is all fine and dandy, but what kind of job will
that help you with? People who have no other skills, but know how to
navigate programs on a computer are really no better off. In otherwords,
what employer is going to hire someone who is on SS and who is familiar with
Ctl-Alt-Del, compared to someone who has at least a technical degree.
Granted, exposure to computers as a TOOL is a good thing. But don't try to
sell it as a way out of SS.
