Yep, but the "standard" for trained law enforcement is different then the
standard that is set for Joe Citizen.  Which means Joe Citizen that could 
shoot
better then I (and there are a bunch of them out there) even with training
records and such, wouldn't be held to the same standard I am.

Best defense capability is what we call the "Bates" defense.  When out 
unned,
or low on rounds, use them Bates shoes we were to get the hell out of the 
ine
of fire.
I have the last mag rule.  With 46 rounds, one chambered and three 15 round
mags. If I get down to the last mag, it's bates time :)
We just tried out the new version of the Baretta Model 92.  It has 4 8 round
mags in the belt holder and one in the weapon.  It's nice bacause it's 
ighter
to carry.  But I have one major problem, because of the size of the grip, and
my large hands, my trigger finger wraps around and releases the magazine when 
I
squeeze the trigger.  So when I tested it, it was bang, release, dang; bang,
release, dang...
