What is a 'normal' cause of this > constant on/off compressor action? I'm not 100% sure, but have heard that there are high and low pressure sensors that "protect" the compressor from burning up by shutting it off if it thinks there is low R134a in the system. My best guess would be either it is low on R134a (but if it is blowing cold, that probably isn't the case), or one of the sensors is thinking it is low and cycling it. It can also be a slight clog in the system causing too much pressure. - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.40 Registered* Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 @PATH: 261/1304 266/512 140/1 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
