There is no such thing as a -t command in FE. If you want FE to Toss mail,
you have to tell it to TOSS incoming, SCAN netmail, PACK outbound...

If you want to know what commands FE will respond to type;

fastecho ? (enter)

Brings up all of the commands that FE responds to.
