Unfortunately the only way to be sure is to abstain... some are such
"fertile Myrtle"s that any kind of bc isn't sure...

But that doesn't seem fair in the least... to withhold before there's
confirmation... not that the gov't is always fair...

Even when paternity is proven and acknowledged, the child support laws
and their enforcement isn't always done very equitably.  Especially in
the cases where the parent having to supply support finds self without a
job, and then things often get draconian.   :(

Never been directly involved... but have had experience with relatives
and friends on both ends of the equation...
