Hi David!
There is a show there called the Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree.
It's inside a small restaurant inside the Magic Kingdom.
You have to make reservations for it at the front of the park when
you go in.  To make a long story short, you go inside the restaurant,
sit down and order a sandwich or something, and then a bunch of
cowboys and ladies dance all around the place.  It's great! 
I guess I'm not doing it any justice with the small summary of what
happens, so you gotta go see it to appreciate it!
