Hi All,
My Hayes compatible modem (28.8) was installed using a windows prog called
Bitcom which works well but as that prog. does its own installing I don't
know much about the settings. It works as a Fax as well (Bitfax)

But since we have installed Netscape the modem answers our one and only phone
after 3 rings and gives the caller an "earful"
if I am on the computer at the time.
Appreciate advice on how to fix it, many thanks in advance.
