If you look close, you can see where the line wraps took place. 

It was supposed to be formatted enough to survive quoting, or it used 
to be. 
Of course we used to have a left margin of 1, and a right margin of 78. 

Someone else made the original. 
It was border to border, I reformated it to make it narrower to survive 
the quoting problem at the time. 
I also added the ascii border because BW wants to remove leading 
spacebars when doing a quote.
