Hallo,

while trying to open a defined file on a 3.12-file-server from a
workstation we receive the message:
Can't open file. It is either write-protected or the file server on
which it is saved doesn't react.

But the file is neither write-protected nor is the file-server down,
because other files work normally.

What generates the above mentioned message and how can this problem be
solved?

Bye Edmund Mueller
