Yeah, it sure is....  Can you or someone please offer some HELP and not
just the obvious comments, as to where to get this file other than Internet?
Maybe someone posting a proper filename?  Or a magic name?
Why am I going through all this for one file?  Who is "BC" who spelled it
wrong, and is this file WORTH the effort?
