Well ... another urging comes from the stupid Timaru cycling 
person,  whose unclean machine has now taken to emailing me 
viruses and big confidential files from his/her `My Docs' on a 
daily basis ... grrr.

Reminds me of the user who phones up the supplier yet again to say 
that "After all that hoo-hass cleaning out that Blaster whatever, 
this computer ran OK until this morning's email reading ... its 
gone all funny again - help!"

"Did you click on the firewall icon first?"
"Err - icon ?  You mean that little red danger picture ? No..."
"What about the Antivir one?"
"Err - no, I just went to Outlook and Send/Receive..."
"Do you still have the boxes and packing for your machine?"
"Err - yes ... why?"
"Why dont you put it carefully back in its boxes and take it back
 to the shop for me?"
"Err - will they put something in it to fix it?  What do I tell
 them?"
"Just say that you're too stupid to own that computer..."

Perhaps I might devise an automatic reply to those whose machines 
email me more than 3 times with docos and virii... freezing the 
mouse, keyboard and screen with the following advise set on a 
tasty BSOD !!
