     YOu may want to look at your xxx.CTL file, some call BASE.CTL
     or whatever - it configs opus.  Load it with your clean and
     simlpe editor/wordpro and Look for EQUIPMENT SECTION.  There
     you will find your INIT string.  Get your modem Docs and
     write the inti string, example:
         INIT            AT&F&C1&D2E0S0=0S11=50S7=45H0LMX4V1|
     Save it... NACL it, and your modem should be config'ed
