Sadly, the author is looking for documentation, too!

Using http://www.google.com/language_tools>,

http://www.hackzapple.com> says,

Site closed temporarily on demand.

http://www.hackzapple.com/ORG1/M2/COPROC/8088.HTM> says,

Map of the famous 8088 team that first IBM PC. Made by PCPI in 1981.

This map has the Intel 8088 16-bit and allows you to run MS-DOS 1.25.
and CP / M-86 for 16-bit OS. You can not obviously not read the disks in
the IBM PC DISK Apple II, for against you can download the software and
run it.

Of course this opens a new world to your Apple II, with memory and hard
disk may be a more suitable keyboard, you get the equivalent of an IBM
PC.

The card was delivered with MS-DOS 1.25 Microsoft is the PC-DOS 1.10
sold by IBM.

Documentation

The documentation provided with this card ... Well I'd like a copy.

In the meantime you can admire the list of files sémillants MS / DOS
1.25 below:

Tips and Tricks

There is a card for connecting a PC keyboard on the Apple IIe, but it is
not necessary.
