They refer to me as "John's Mom"...  :)   I'm not sure quite what
they've even decided about him.  But they seem ready to accept any
friendly adult as an addition to their circle... whether that makes us
family or not, I'm not sure.  But then, they're pretty young yet, 4, 3
and 16months.

Nice theory... ;)  Yeah, if that be the case, then it isn't so bad...
I'm willing to hope that will be the case, but I'm not that rosy as to
plan on it...

With your sign-off, yes, I'd say that overall it seems to have worked
out...  :)   Interestingly, I have now been married longer than I was
single... and I got married at the ripe old age of 24... not exactly a
youngster, but admittedly not terribly old, either... :)  We've had our
ups and downs, but overall, here too, it seems to have worked out.  :)
