There were some discussions about this command in Russia... I think this 
parameter is implemented in a commercial version or so, and needs a 
registered copy of ARJ. There are similar options in many wide-known 
archivers, available only in a registered version and providing an additional 
security (with an operation known as "authenticity verification"). Anyway, it 
won't make ARJ compress files better or faster... ;-)
