BS> If i send a areafix request with +USR* i would get USR BS> and USR_SPORTSTER and others. Whitch tossers does that? It was not a "tosser" but an areafix / raid function. I'm not sure which one. I was seeing it as a node trying to obtain a feed from a source that turned out to be running under a Linux box -- a few years ago. Probably part of the BBBS package.... Because I use multiple feeds, I need the regular controls that allow me to get echos by specific names without running implicit grep wild carding on the string presented to the software. BS> I know crashmail has a special areafix.. maybe ifmail/fidogate has too? BS> HPT is standard areafix. Good. With max comming along for Linux, I need to get a test box setup and processing stuff. It looks like almost everything is comming together that I need in order to switch the hub from OS/2 to Linux. Fortunately, I can run in parallel for a while before I switch the Linux box in for hub duties.... Thanks for the note......
