This message I'm replying to does indeed have a MSGID, because you posted it
from my BBS.

When you post from your Renegade Linux port, it does _not_ have a MSGID.

As for your tearline, which I assume you're trying to put Renegade's name as
well as a version number, seems to be getting cut off after "--- Renegade v"
unless you did that on purpose as to not have a version number yet?
