Sorry for interfering, but I think you mean DeutschlandRadio Koeln
(Cologne). They're still announcing the station's name with
"Deutschlandfunk" on 153 kHz. They also broadcast on 1422 kHz, using one
of the most powerful medium wave transmitters in Europe.
BTW: Point number 10 of my BBS is also called Reinhardt Mueller. Before I
saw your complete fido-address I wondered why he's suddenly interested in
shortwave :-).
