 DJGPP is very good _free_ compiler for DOS. It compiles C-code to
 32-bit DOS executables. For example Quake is compiled with DJGPP.
 It doesn't have any IDE with it. It's just plain command-line
 compiler, but someone else has made IDE called Rhide for it...
