New version is up on SourceForge.
 
I would strongly recommend putting it in a *fresh* directory and building
it *from scratch* if this isn't your first install.
 
I would provide the SourceForge URLs, but it's down right now (Grr).

Vince: I think this will build for you. It works under GCC 3.2 and RedHat 8(?) now.
 
To find out what's new, read the CHANGES file. It would also be helpful to
read 00-README.1ST and QUICKSTART.
