No.  Could be an NLM that is poorly written or a bad piece
of hardware.

Get the Trouble Shooting Abends doc from Novell.  I think
the name is TABND2A.EXE.  I think it is on the Consulting
Toolkits webpages at
http://consulting.novell.com/toolkit/iw_tools.html

Also, you might want to post to comp.os.netware.* as there
are many, many more admins and engineers that post regularly
in those groups.
