Attempts to do that have happened twice over the past 5 months. For
starters ¨by considering the vote of a ZC who does not even qualify as a
basic sysop.

With that in mind the formal complaint matter of Michiel Van der Vlist
¨against Roy Witt would have been upheld. You cannot ignore that there's at
¨least one ZC who, in over 3 years of presence, has only shown himself
twice. ¨You also know on which occasions.
