Would you please tell me how should I buy a $50 game from a hungarian average
salary (about $200) ?  And I don't even earn that much as I'm a student. I
understand that they can't sell games in developing countries cheaper because
than these games could be bought buy anyone and could be resold anywhere, but
they could sell operating systems which are in hungarian language cheaper as 

don't think you for example would learn the hungarian language to use the
software.
Do you know how much M$ Office '95 costs in Hungary ?  About $600 which is
three month's average salary here. And they keep complaining about losses
