Sorry to be a nag, but it's not recommended to take Tylenol and alcohol in
combination; you could do serious damage to your liver that way.
It might not be too bad if you only have to do it now and again, but from
what you were saying about your wrists, we are talking about long-time pain
relief. Ibuprofen is probably safer, but it's rarely a good idea to combine
any medication with alcohol.
Forgive me for going into fussy mother hen mode here, but I've seen what
happens to a person when the liver doesn't function anymore, and it's not a
good thing. You don't want it to happen to you.
P.S. Be careful about those vitamins too. Taking lots of Vitamin C and the
other water-soluable vitamins is probably safe, as your body will just
dispose of the extra, but Vitamin A is fat-soluable and is stored, and is
toxic when taken in too-large doses (bad for your liver again, and other
really icky things happen). I don't know about toxicity on the B complex,
but Vitamin D is toxic if you overdose, too.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled echo topic.
